Our most popular option is informal tuition at the student’s pace, allowing the student to develop his/her love of music and become familiar with his/her instrument.
Jamrock Music Academy Has Been Operating since 1997
In 1997 Mario started giving guitar, drums and bass lessons out of his lounge at home. The students increased so rapidly that in Nov 1998 he was forced to resign from his day job.
He then added an extra room onto the house to accommodate all the students. In 2003 Jamrock was born and with 180 students attending lessons at his home it was time to move out.
We found a property in the Brackenfell which was large enough to build 8 classrooms to cater for all the students.
We have since (2024) moved to 5 Dana street.
